We’re excited to introduce our new registration platform, Amilia!

  1. Click on the activities you're interested in.

  2. Select your activities and check out.  You'll be prompted to create an Amilia account.

  3. Download the free Amilia app from your app store and log in using the same credentials.

Creative Drama Club - Under the Sea - May 3, 10, 24 & 31 - 1:00 - 2:00 PM - ages 3.5 -6 - is full and no longer open for registration. Our next Creative Drama Club class series will be in September!

These Spring classes are completed:

5:30 - 6:30 PM Once Upon a Murder - Interactive Mystery Theatre (ages 10-16)

Stage Combat Workshops - Combat with Everyday Objects - April 5 & 26

Spring Break Safari Camp - March 25, 26 & 27 (ages 6-12) (camp is full; waitlist is now closed)
10:30 AM - 2:00 PM - Please send campers with a lunch & snacks that are nut free. This camp has been completed.

Saturday 1-2 PM, March 1, 8, 15 & 22 - Creative Drama Club - Story Songs & Nursery Rhymes & March 22nd Teddy Bear Picnic

UPDATE - MAY 1 - 4 Spots left in Fairy Camp! The rest of the camps are full with waitlists available (no cost to join a waitlist).

  • Please use use this form (also on the FAQ page) to request early pickup. Our Early Pickup Notice Policy requires at least 24 hours notice except in emergency cases for early pickup from programs.

  • Our Attendance Policy requires prior notice of absences:

  • Students ages 9 and up can self check/in/out only with a Permission Form. This includes students walking down the stairs to meet cars or their adults at our front door.

    Please try to send us this form at least 24 hours before a student needing this permission to give us time to process it.

    Thank you for helping to keep all of our students safe!

Additional Amilia Information

    • Each student on your account has a barcode in the app.

    • This barcode will be used to check in and out of activities. (No more pins—yay!)

    • If you have multiple students, the app will generate a barcode for each.

    • One family = one account. Please do not create multiple accounts; it won’t work properly.

    • During registration, you’ll create a pickup password (a single word) for any Authorized Adults who are not on your account.

    • KMT staff will ask the Authorized Adult for this password before allowing student pickup.

    • Some terms in Amilia may look different from what you’re used to:

    • Session = Class Series (For example, “$15 for a session” means $15 for an entire class series.)

    • Activity = Camp, Class, or Workshop

    • Program = Season (For example, “Spring Program” means “Spring Season.”)

    • Schedule – Shows only the activities your student(s) are enrolled in.

    • Shop – Displays the full list of activities currently open for registration.

    • Self-Cancel – Withdraw from an activity up to 3 days before it begins.

    If you run into technical trouble - not activity or program questions - Amilia has a customer care team to help you out.

    They can be reached at support@amili.ca or 1 877-343-0004.
    Their hours are M-F 9 AM - 7 PM EST and Sat. 9AM - 5 PM EST (email/chat only on weekend).

    Please note they are three hours ahead of us in Oregon (e.g., 9 AM here it 12N there).
