Independent contracted position. All backgrounds welcome — curriculum and support provided.
Background check & CPR/first aid certification required (certification paid for by the Liberty if not currently certified).
Schedules determined based on programming needs, time of year, student age groups, and other factors.

As Program Supervisor you'll be the on-site day-to-day lead for KMT — the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly so that students, families, and Teaching Artists can focus on the work. That means managing class logistics, coordinating schedules, welcoming families, and keeping our space running efficiently and safely. It's a behind-the-scenes role that makes the whole thing possible.
You don't need a theatre background. You do need to be organized, warm, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy, creative environment with young people. Occasional opportunities to step in as a substitute Teaching Artist may also be available.
