Bringing Down the Moon & Moonday - Workshops - December ‘25
If it looks like our students & teachers are quite sleepy - they are acting! These moon-themed workshops’ stories happened at night, and were a combination of fantastical world-building combined with poetic realism. Through immersive long-form improvisation based on the books of these same names, students first learned about the stories from the books, and then brought them to life using creative drama in our blackbox theatre Lab space. They created and inhabited characters, invented new plot points and twists, and made new endings too! The ages were 3.5-6 and 6-9.
